At the other end of the table stands David Moyes’ Everton: a team that is transformed from that of the past few seasons and has exhibited determination and structure. The Toffees have now shown, with two wins and two draws in their last five matches, that they're capable of wrestling against any opponent. Their comeback against Crystal Palace indicated a team ready to fight for one another. While Jack Grealish is not eligible against his parent club, Everton has dangerous options elsewhere in the field (like Iliman Ndiaye and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall) and can threaten the City backline with their speed, particularly with City's style of play of a high defensive line.

Expect Jordan Pickford's shot-stopping ability and the effectiveness of the Tarkowski-Keane partnership to be crucial.
